IKOI Shop Open !!!

IKOIが遂に２００９年５月９日にアムステルダムに店舗をオープンすることになりました。アンネ・フランク・ハウスの近くの、ギャラリーが多数点在するヨルダンに拠点を置き、皆さんのいこいの場になれればと思っています。
IKOI will finally launch our shop/gallery in Amsterdam on 9th May 2009. We will
be located in gallery-studded Jordaan area near Anne Frankhuis, and we are
hoping to create a laid-back "IKOI" space loved by everyone.
エキシビジョン第一弾は、日本のアニメ界の画一的なデザインに新風を吹き込んだグラフィック・デザイナー草野剛の作品を展示します。ゲームとアニメから影響を受け消化された彼の作品をお楽しみ下さい。
IKOIでは各エキシビジョンごとにそれぞれのアーティストと共同制作で、オリジナル画集に、新進ブランドHOFとアーティストがコラボレーションしたTシャツ等をパックにしたIKOI-BOXを店舗とインターネット通販にて販売する予定です。

Our very first exhibition will be showing works by Tsuyoshi Kusano, a graphic designer who has brought fresh and complete new perspective to the standardized design in Japanese animation. Please enjoy and immerse yourself in Kusano-world, influenced by games and anime and digested in his own way.
IKOI will closely work with each artist and produce IKOI-BOX for every exhibition. The IKOI-BOX will contain an original art book by an artist featured in each exhibition and a T-shirts collaborated by the artist and an up-and-coming Japanese fashion brand HOF, and will be available in our shop/gallery and online.
